On April 23, 2024, Kleen-Pak held a bursary presentation ceremony attended by representatives and students from the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

The Kleen-Pak Bursary was created to assist financially challenged yet deserving students who are enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering programs at SIT.

This year, 3 Bursaries Award are given to selected SIT undergraduates, amounting to a total of $15,000.

Mr. Tan Hock Kiam, Managing Director of Kleen-Pak, gave the event's opening speech. In his speech, he congratulated the recipients of the award and urged them to stay focused on their studies. He also emphasised the importance of organisations giving back to the community and having a beneficial impact on society. Three deserving students from the 2023 academic year, Felicia Tan Qi Ying, Oo Wei Quan Danzi, and Anthony Teo Yong Tai, were awarded bursaries at the event.

Students and representatives from SIT were eager to take a guided tour of our wet wipes manufacturing facility. These students learned about the manufacturing process and industry best practices for wet wipes. The event concluded with a networking session.

Kleen-Pak wishes to continuously help deserving students so that they can pursue their studies and attain their ambitions. These bursaries represent not just our commitment to education, but also our commitment to providing opportunities for young people who may not have the financial resources to pursue their academic goals. Kleen-Pak has long believed that investing in education may assist to create a brighter future for everyone, not just individuals. Kleen-Pak is honoured to contribute to this bursary.
