- Chlorhexidine Gluconate (CHG) is an antiseptic with a broad spectrum antimicrobial properties that help to reduce bacteria that can cause infection, including MRSA. Suitable for patient preoperative skin preparation. The no-rinse nature of CHG wipes may result in greater CHG residual on the skin.
